I've seen several talented software developers struck in writing code for legacy systems like Mainframe (or) maintaining old Java code. Many of them aspire to switch to a full-stack development career but don't know where to begin.

I believe its tough for them to adapt to new programming languages and technologies than someone who's new to programming and software development i.e those with an empty cup.

So there seems to be a need for specialized training routine which can prepare legacy software developers for a full-stack career change.

Say, I'm a programmer; I would like to know the changes in the new version of a programming language I use, changes in the APIs I use, changes in the technology concerning my area of work.

But it's just not the technology which can affect a career, from economic slowdown to rising sea levels could have an impact on a career. Currently there is no individual solution to connect the dots and watch the micro changes related to one's job.

I would like an app which can take specific inputs about my job description, analyse possible career trajectories and monitor micro changes related to those careers and give appropriate suggestions to pursue.

When there are several competing offers, it's hard to take a decision about which one to go with as just going along with the best monetary compensation is not always the ideal choice.

I feel there's a need gap for a service which helps one determine the best job offer based upon their career goals, lifestyle, location etc.
