Yes sites like MAL (My anime List) and AniList exist but the problem with those </div><div>sites is that they have a overload of information and you had to "get used to the site" before knowing where to look.</div><div>I myself haven't been interested in other details such as cast and staff as I've only needed the synopsis of a show to get into it </div><div>and this led to my solution. </div></div> 1 points posted by Mini-Sylar /problems/385-simple-anime-info-platform-anime-information 385 Mon, 09 May 2022 17:25:00 +0000 Why something is trending on the social networks #socialmedia #information I'm not constantly hooked to social networks, but when I do occasionally use it; I find some topic trending but unable to find the reason until I put some reasonable amount of time in searching for it.<div><br></div><div>I think there is a need gap for a service which shows what is trending, where and why is it trending as well in one single place. Please let me know if there is any such service already.</div> 5 points posted by Shabeer Ahmed /problems/18-why-something-is-trending-on-the-social-networks-socialmedia-information 18 Mon, 02 Sep 2019 07:13:00 +0000 Following work of a non-acting member from films #movies #information Many times I like the work of a member from a film crew such as, cinematographer, visual effects director, music composer, stunt coordinator, dialogue writer, director etc. who are not actors or at-least not lead actors. I feel they don't get the attention they deserve in making a movie great.<div><br></div><div>I want to follow the latest work of a cinematographer, visual effects director, dialogue writer, stunt coordinator etc. I liked in a movie. Actors, especially lead actors get stupendous coverage on television and online; but others from the film crew who had put exemplary effort don't get covered about their latest work.</div><div><br></div><div>A fan like me who would like to know about the latest work of these professionals, would watch a movie/series for their work but have no mechanism to get the required information and hence the need gap. Of course, some of them might have twitter accounts; but I would like to get updates on just their latest work and not their personal/world views; so Twitter doesn't fill this need gap.</div> 3 points posted by Ramon Eater /problems/32-following-work-of-a-non-acting-member-from-films-movies-information 32 Thu, 12 Sep 2019 02:44:00 +0000
