There were a couple of WordPress funnel plugins but they were so complicated and took a lot of steps to build a funnel.</div><div><br></div><div>Plus, there were no WordPress tools with a visual funnel planner. People used external tools such as Funnelytics or Prettyfunnels to plan their funnel steps.</div><div><br></div><div>Overall people spent over 30-40 mins just to create a simple sales funnel.</div><div><br></div><div>Meanwhile, when we looked into SAAS tools, we found Clickfunnels, Kartra, and many others. But they were so expensive. Plus, most of them also didn't have a funnel planner.</div><div><br></div><div>So we found out:</div><div><b>- Funnel building takes over 30mins (for beginners it could take even more).</b></div><div><b>- It took multiple tools to plan and build funnels.</b></div><div><b>- No WordPress plugins had a visual funnel planner.</b></div><div><b>- WordPress funnel plugins were so complicated.</b></div><div><br></div><div>At the end of the day, we couldn't get the solution we were looking for.</div> 3 points posted by CSSultan /problems/328-sales-funnel-for-wordpress-are-complicated-sales-wordpress 328 Fri, 12 Nov 2021 09:08:00 +0000 Find why the customer didn't make the purchase #sales #analytics <div>Finding why the customer didn't make the purchase after visiting the buy page is hard, existing solutions are intrusive and inefficient.</div><div><br></div><div>Exit survey is one of the common methodologies applied to find why the customer didn't make the purchase but they are considered a nuisance and so we rarely get any valuable data from it.<br></div> 3 points posted by Jason /problems/286-find-why-the-customer-didnt-make-the-purchase-sales-analytics 286 Mon, 23 Aug 2021 13:47:00 +0000 Selling hardware products as a solopreneur #sales #ecommerce <div>I want to sell hardware products internationally, But <b>as a solopreneur meeting compliance for hardware locally and internationally is a nightmare</b> and hence I settle for building SaaS products like most other indie hackers.</div><div><br></div><div>There are hardware product marketplaces like <a href="">Tindie</a> which help solopreneurs get their customers, But the seller has to still maintain the inventory and ship directly to the buyer. Today hosting a eCommerce website as an individual is not the limiting factor <a href="">even for those who don't know to code</a>, So the real need gap exists in removing the compliance and shipping hurdles.</div><div><br></div><div>With tough competition in SaaS industry, Building hardware products is a great way to differentiate our product line-up.
