Apart from global policy think-tanks, Non-profit organisations the reason why there's no single entity which compiles such data regularly is due to the huge overhead in organising such data. More over, data for such categories doesn't change overnight; unless a country adopts some policy drastically different from its previous policies.
Commercial entities show little interest in this because of low return customers for such a product i.e. someone who uses such service to immigrate, needs to do it only once (usually).
I came across a product - bugoutfinder which does something similar with fewer categories for USA i.e. state level. A global version of such product would be indeed useful.
