fosspay is closest to what I want but it's in python and so it requires separate web server for SSL; I'd rather create a self-contained application in Go.
Yet still this solution is out of reach for many others since it's self-hosted and requires some basic programming skill; So there's scope for this need-gap to be filled by a payments service.
