• You should start by reaching out the cloud service providers and convince them to sell credits via your service. I expect few of them to be interested and once you've proven that this works I see no reason why any other SaaS provider wouldn't want to sell credits via your service.

    Essentially it needs to be a two-way market where the service providers sell their credits and the donors buy them for the projects they like. Revenue is through the commissions from the sale of credits, Thereby eliminating the current double charges by the donation payment hosts to the payee.
