• I believe the source of the problem is that when you are procrastinating you won't truly realize how much impact you could create if you would work on what's important. If your task list is full of things that won't motivate you I recommend you to use a prioritization framework like the Eisenhower Matrix to get more clarity about what you should focus on. Then dedicate 2 hours each day when you are most productive to focus on the truly important ones. If you manage to get the most important tasks in those 2 hours you are already making more progress than most of the people and you will feel satisfied.
