I had the same problem. Literally. Then I discovered the method of Agile Results. I’ve been using it for 3 years now and it is really effective for me. It is simple and requires to work only on 3 wins a day to produce 1095 right outcomes a year. Really simple yet effective. I want to build an app around that method.
