Scarcity is luxury, hence luxury dining restaurants wouldn't risk being part of a food aggregator. As for food aggregator, with the average of 4X-5X the price of food items they usually sell; luxury dining doesn't fit their unit economics.
Yet, if there's enough need gap a luxury dining specific cloud kitchen might address it i.e. a cloud kitchen which makes only the dishes available at luxury restaurants.
