Weekly top need gaps now include problems posted outside the previous week with enough rank (but not emailed earlier) i.e. if an old problem grows in rank, it might get featured in the weekly top need gaps.
Fixed an issue which prevented 'reply comments' from getting featured in the weekly top discussions.
