Recipeify( https://recipeify.com/ ) seems to be addressing this the other way by aggregating recipes from different sources themselves and offering a search facility with filters for ingredients, dish types and other dietary preferences. But they seem to be allow saving only the recipes shown in their website and from any other website of our choice.
