You're not alone, Musical Memory ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music-related_memory ) is a thing and is used as mnemonic. I'm not sure whether there are accessible techniques or systems built using it but if there are, I'm sure someone would bring it here.
If there are no easy way for an end-user to use music for remembering stuff, it needs to be built as Human memory, lack of thereof is a huge problem by itself - /problems/41 .
