Plex offers this https://www.plex.tv/your-media/music/. They do integrate with Tidal as a third-party service, but that seems to be minor.

They offer playback through the standard Plex app on any device that can run a Plex client (e.g. most devices). They also offer Plexamp, which is a dedicated music app.
