Ok thanks; I hadn't noticed that and wasn't sure whether it was possible to inadvertently upvote a single post twice.

I suggest that if the upvote triangle were to change appearance after being used, then it would be easier for users to know that they cannot upvote the post again (and that they already upvoted it), without having to read the instructions first.
