A way to record every diet we take its ingredients, water we drink and time we sleep. This seems to be quintessential for those suffering from Autoimmune Disease.
I feel it can help anyone lead a healthier lifestyle. Recording every diet in detail seems to be a harder problem to solve without manual input, as fitness trackers are capable of recording sleep automatically.
A note taking app built specifically for this purpose which allows manual entries, something which allows easy input by the user and capable of providing detailed summary to doctors if needed could fill-in this need gap until robust solution is found.

None right now, as I haven't tried them. I posted this problem to understand if there is need gap in the existing meal tracking apps, especially when used by those suffering from Autoimmune Disorders; Off the bat one thing I notice is that these apps are focussed towards weight reduction where as someone with AD would primarily want meal trackers to mark the food which works and which doesn't in terms of effects after each meal(Referenced HN thread in the problem statement has several accounts of it).
As a general user, I would check these out and if there's anything lacking I would comment. I would ask anyone with AD visiting this thread to add your valuable insight as well.
