I spend 50% of time in recruiting, and the other in helping my current team perform better....
Which is majorly aligning them on goals and checking on how they are doing avoiding burn out etc.
What are the best ways to do this??? ha ha we don't have an HR team yet so maybe that's the answer?

On the other hand there's another sub-problem related to this - Introvert CEO who don't want to engage with the employees.
I guess solutions for both involve improving the efficiency of hiring a people person who can do things which we don't want to do.
