Engagement with employees in small startups

1964 all time unique views, mostly from US, CA, AU and 1 weekly views, mostly from PE

I spend 50% of time in recruiting, and the other in helping my current team perform better....

Which is majorly aligning them on goals and checking on how they are doing avoiding burn out etc.

What are the best ways to do this??? ha ha we don't have an HR team yet so maybe that's the answer?
