▲ ▼ Simulating ventilation in the building
Improving ventilation can help curb SARS-CoV-2 and likely similar future airborne pathogens. Building planners have already taken this into account and are giving ventilation more attention than before.
But there seems to be a need-gap in consumer level ventilation simulation software for house and small-business. There are some great home, interior design tools which can help plan floor, furniture and appliances placements, decorations to WiFi access point placements.
I think ventilation planning is a necessary addition to these tools.

With LiDAR becoming a common occurrence on smartphones, tablets; Capturing and rendering an accurate structure of our house in 3D can be done in minutes. This removes a major friction in building simulation for home consumers i.e. constructing the building virtually(Large building planners have been using 3D simulation for decades).Adding ventilation simulation to it can enable anyone to plan ventilation in their building. Say like after scanning the app suggests to make changes to the placements of ventilation duct, Windows, moving large structures which can obstruct air flow etc.reply I WILL PAY FOR THAT
