▲ ▼ Getting quaterly financials is a tedious process
I ocasionally invest in the stock market from time to time, and it is very hard to find and read company financials in which they takes minutes to read and learn about how the company is performing. Doing the research takes a lot of time and can be time-wasting which could be used to make quicker decisiones.
As a solution, I could make a social media platform in which investors of any kind can find financial information regarding the results of the company and investors can be comunicated using this platform so they have a better idea of how can they perform.
Maybe impose some rules right when they begin creating an account where they can't scam other people and if they do so are banned. Another option is to pay a premium price in which users can comment to avoid scams and see if the user is not trying to scam other people.
Also, a good idea is to sign up in two ways: sign up as a company or as an investor. Companies can only make posts but investors can read their financials without dealing the bots trying to pump the stock/crypto they're promoting.
