I had the same problem. I would wind up getting tuck in a couinterproductive loop getting more depressed because of the little failures. The simplest solution helped me in the end. I just broke up my tasks into smaller pieces and put them in a to-do list and focused on the smaller victories. I'm using Tdo (https://tdo.cxjs.io), check it out maybe it suits you as well.
