I liked the minimalist design, I guess all the artists listed on the The Movie Db would be available on flimscout? Are you affiliated with them?

What I didn't like was explicit sign in to use the app (although I appreciate including apple id), you can provide all the service you do currently without an account and could make the account optional if required for syncing with multiple device. I didn't see notifications as well, although I'm against notification pollution, when the USP is tracking a data I think notification becomes mandatory (perhaps with fine control over notifications).

The target audience is clear i.e. anyone who watches movies for its creators, I would suggest promoting it to anyone who talks about movie creators and how a movie is made on Twitter (Zapier can be helpful).
