▲ ▼ Display musical instruments used in a song
I like to visualise different musical instruments used in a song like Keyboard(Piano), Guitar, Drum, Violin, Saxophone, Flute etc. in my mind when I listen to the music. If you are like me, wouldn't it be nice to have the instruments displayed on the music app itself?
Ideally, The space beneath the progress bar as the song plays could be a great place for the visualisations of the musical instruments and could be disabled if not needed like how Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music do it for the lyrics.
That's all, let me know if you would like to have that feature in the music apps and let's get them working on it!
Didn't know that I needed this, but after visualizing what you wrote I would like to have it as well! Just to know about different musical instruments, but the variety of instruments seems to be lacking in western music when compared to Asian, Middle East and even European music.
This is a neat problem to solve with Machine Learning, I'm sure a ML/DL enthusiast would pick it up and could be commercialised as well to sell as a library/service to music app industry as they are interested in differentiators for their platform and a music instrument visualisation would definitely fill that need gap.
