Finding why the customer didn't make the purchase after visiting the buy page is hard, existing solutions are intrusive and inefficient.

Exit survey is one of the common methodologies applied to find why the customer didn't make the purchase but they are considered a nuisance and so we rarely get any valuable data from it.
