Google "Spoonbill". It might be what you're looking for.
Edit: http://spoonbill.io/ .
Actually, it seems Spoonbill only updates you about people you follow and not people that follow you.
How about this?

This seems interesting, just wondering if it's possible. Does this sound like the flow you're looking for?
1. Turn on Amazon Prime (or other streaming
platform) show/movie
2. English subtitles display
3. Option to click words in the subtitles and have
synonyms be displayed
Hey, would this work for your needgap?
https://monitor.firefox.com/
You could also search this "monitor web for leaked data" in google and it turns up some more results

If there's a need for solution, I plan on building it.
Why don’t you want to use Slack/Discord?
What’s the use case for a temporary good chat?
I can see why that works for SnapChat, but I’m struggling to see the practicality of it for group messaging
What are the requirements you all have in mind for an improved, entry level webcam?
